Last March, we met Rhiannon and Dan in Stowe for their engagement session. The temperature was somewhere around 10 degrees, but they were troopers. I remember ending the engagement session at dusk, Rhiannon and Dan shivering, but letting us take just a few more photos that we promised would be worth it. They just recently got married on a fairly mild January day – the temperature reached nearly 50 degrees! I think they earned it. We started the day at The Jewel and Mountain Aire Lodge, where Rhiannon and Dan were getting ready. Rhiannon traveled to the ceremony in style, with her dad in his Rolls Royce. Dan’s grandfather officiated the ceremony, which took place outside on the patio. We love personal touches like this – it is so special when you can include family in your wedding in such meaningful ways. The reception followed in the barn, filled with a combination of touching and hilarious toasts, awesome dance moves, and beer suspenders. Congratulations, Rhiannon and Dan!
